After two limps and a raise to 3,000, Emil Hegedus shoved all in from the cutoff for 12,600. Kassem Yassine in the big blind reshoved for around 26,000 and the two limpers quickly folded. The player who had isolated to 3,000 folded as well after just a little bit of thinking time.
Emil Hegedus:
Kassem Yassine:
The on the flop didn't do much for anyone, but the on the turn just about settled it. The on the river was a blank and Hegedus made his exit while former winner Yassine began building his stack again.
We just lost Frederik Brink Jensen who won this event here last year.
His former table mate Rikard Aberg told us he first lost a big hand where he bet 10,000 on a board of . His opponent put Jensen all in and the Dane decided to fold and continue with the 16,000 he still had in front of him. Jensen showed an and so folded a straight, his opponent showed and got away with it.
After some more smaller pots Jensen was down to 8,000. The former champ shoved all in from middle position and the big blind made the call. Jensen had but would found no help against the big blinds' .
Frederik Jensen departed, but at the same time we found the other former Unibet Open Copenhagen champ. Kassem Yassine sits on table 9 seat 5 and plays around 25,000 at the moment.
On a board of and Peter Kolbert checked. Rikard Aberg checked behind and the completed the board. Kolbert bet out 3,000 and Aberg made the call from the button.
Kolbert showed for the nuts and Aberg mucked. "Yeah that's good enough" laughed Aberg, "How did that happen?" he continued with a smile.
The green 25 ante chips are gone from the tournament, and won't return. The 400/800 level dictates a 100 ante. With 185 players remaining, the average stack is worth 47.5 big blinds at the moment.

Philippe Frederic opened under the gun to 900 and Simon Ravnsbæk made the call. Anders Bisgaard on the button squeezed to 3,500 and Stefan Jansson in the small blind cold called after some hefty thinking. The big blind thought for quite some time before he realized he still had cards and quickly mucked.
Frederic four bet to 10,100 and Ravnsbæk was quick to fold. Bisgaard now shoved all in for 40,300 and Jansson folded after some thinking. Frederic wasn't the happiest guy in the world calling, but he did so immediately anyway.
Philippe Frederic:
Anders Bisgaard:
"Queens?" asked someone Jansson in the small blind, and he nodded. The board brought no help to Frederic and he shoved the 40,300 forward he owed Bisgaard.
