Peter Landgren made it 250 to go from the button and both Akos Gergeley (small blind) and Mathias Christensen (big blind) called.
The flop came and Gergeley checked. Christensen bet out 600 and Landgren quickly raised to 1,500. Gergeley folded, Christensen made the call.
The on the turn saw Christensen check. Landgren bet out 2,600 and Christensen instantly called. The completed the board and Christensen checked. Landgren bet out 4,000 and another instant call followed.
Landgren showed and Christensen tabled to take it down.

Yesterday a total of 147 players entered Day 1a of the Unibet Open Malta 2016 Main Event. Today it's time for Day 1b, and we expect it to be even bigger!
Another 10 levels are on the schedule, with a 60-minute dinner break after the 6th level. All the players start with a 30,000 starting stack and blinds at 50/100. The 10th level of the day will be 1,000/2,000. Play should be done for the day around midnight.
