Zidar Claims a Three-Way Pot

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Bojan Zadir opened to 90,000 with {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts} and Marius Pertea called with the {A-Spades}{8-Spades} in the hijack. Pavao Veza defended the big blind with {K-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and the flop of {K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Spades} provided something for everyone.

Veza checked, Zadir bet 150,000 and Pertea called with the nut flush draw, and Veza also stuck around. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn brought another check by Veza and Zadir fired a second barrel for 500,000.

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Pavao Veza raised to 100,000 with the {K-Spades}{J-Clubs} on the button and Christopher Heidelbacher called in the small blind with {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. Avi Cohen defended the {A-Spades}{5-Diamonds} in the big blind and the flop came {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}.

Heidelbacher bet 150,000 with his gutshot and won the pot. Cohen raised to 120,000 from the small blind with {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and forced a quick fold from Henrik Tellving in the big blind.

Cohen raised on the button with the {A-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and found no resistance.

Another raise to 115,000 by Cohen in the cutoff with {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} was called by Bojan Zidar with {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} in the small blind. Marius Pertea also called from the big blind with {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and they headed three-way to the {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop. All three players checked to the {2-Diamonds} turn and Pertea's bet of 140,000 forced two folds.

"Nice Timing" for Lan

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Henrik Tellving limped with the {Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Bojan Zidar did so with {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, while Marius Pertea filled up from the small blind with the {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Dor Lan checked with the {Q-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and the flop fell {6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. Tellving bet 75,000 after the action was checked to him and Zidar called, as did Pertea.

Lan moved all in for 900,000 and forced folds from all opponents. "Nice timing," someone said and the player from Israel raked in the pot to boost his shorter stack nicely.

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Marius Pertea raised to 125,000 with the {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Pavao Veza called out of the big blind with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}. Veza quickly checked the {J-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Pertea quickly checked back.
