Lazar Tudor Bartha was the initial raiser and picked up a call by Pasquale Grimaldi. The latter check-called a bet of 3,100 on the flop and the another 7,500 on the turn. The river completed the board and Grimaldi checked. Bartha bet 11,800 and that eventually forced a fold.
Bartha not only claimed the pot but also took over the lead on their table, edging past Bartlomiej Gorzolka.
