Belmehel Dja Daouadji opened to 2,000 from middle position, before Francesco Pillitteri made it 6,500 from the cutoff. Action folded back around to Dja Daouadji, who stuck in the call.
He then check-called a bet of 3,800 on the 5♦6♦6♣ flop, bringing in the 8♦ on the turn. Here, he checked again, and lay his chips out in a snake. Undeterred, Pillitteri continued for 8,500, which brought a swift fold from his opponent.
