Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Younes Charrat opened to 2,000 from early position, before Abdullah Akbarpoor made it 5,500 to go on the button. The blinds got out of the way, and Charrat stuck in a call.
The 5♦K♣6♦ flop saw Charrat check it over, then jam for his 28,800 following Akbarpoor's continuation-bet of 5,000. Akbarpoor went into the tank, before eventually calling it off.
Younes Charrat: K♦Q♦
Abdullah Akbarpoor: K♠J♦
Akbarpoor was in awful shape, as he had kicker problems, as well as being up against a flush draw. That being said, he had kicker problems no more with the A♠6♣ runout giving both players two pair and an ace kicker. The dealer split the pot, and handed the chips out accordingly.
