Benjamin Pollak opened from under the gun and called a three-bet to 38,000 from Isaac Haxton just one seat over. The flop fanned out and Pollak checked. Haxton fired a bet of 11,000 and Pollak came over the top with a raise to 38,000. Haxton needed a timebank chip and ended up making the call.
The hit the turn and Pollak moved all-in getting a quick fold from Haxton.
The 2018 US Poker Open continues today at the Aria Resort & Casino with the sixth event of the series featuring a $25,000 No-Limit Hold'em bout kicking off at 2 PM local time.
Stephen Chidwick has been dominating the USPO action so far throughout series making three of six final tables and claiming victories in two of them including the first $25,000 NLHE event and just last night Chidwick prevailed in the $25,000 Mixed-Game Championship.
Chidwick currently holds a monster lead in the USPO money race with almost as much in earnings as the other players in the top five combined.
