Henni Finally Makes the Correct Fold
Level 23
: Blinds 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante
The pot stood at around 80,000 with two players looking at a flop of 5♣A♥7♥.
Mohamed Henni, in the big blind, checked the action to Anthony Varenne, in the cutoff. Varenne moved all in for Henni's effective stack of 135,000.
Henni, agonised by his decision, thought for several minutes before finally folding A♦4♦ face up. As Varenne went to rake in the pot he showed A♠Q♣ to treasure Henni he had in fact made the correct decision.
