One Last Pot for Manesh
Level 39
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Kasra Rashidi Manesh raised to 650,000 from the button and Luis defended in the big blind.
Luis check-called a bet of 700,000 from Manesh on the 6♠A♠4♣ flop.
The A♥ turn checked through to the 2♥ on the river. Luis bet out 1,300,000 and Manesh went deep into the tank, eventually making the call. Luis tabled 9♥6♥ for a pair of sixes, while Manesh won this pot with 8♦8♥ for a pair of eights.
Luis and Hugues Girard could later be heard discussing that Luis' river stab was in fact for value.
