Mohamed El Wely raised to 500,000 from under the gun with Q♠Q♣ and Victor Guinand called on the button with A♣9♣.

The flop came 3♥10♥Q♦ and El Wely continued for 350,000, which Guinard called. On the 8♥ turn, El Wely checked and Guinard made it 1,800,000 to go. El Wely made the call.

The river came the K♣ and El Wely checked again. Guinard made a huge bluff for 4,200,000, leaving himself just 1,375,000 behind. It was mistimed though, as El Wely called with his set of queens to win a significant pot.

After Sunny Cocquempot was eliminated with ace-queen against Marius Aldea's jacks, action folded around to Kevin Belhamici, who pushed all in from the small blind. Giovanni Ventura snap-called in the big blind and players revealed their cards.

Belhamici had Q♠J♦ and Ventura had A♣K♣. Belhamici paired his queen on the river to win the pot. The two players had similar stacks, but Ventura was slightly covered and busted in 19th place.

After this elimination, the clock was stopped to break a table.
