Final 24 Return for Day 3 of Sismix Main Event as Winner to be Crowned
Here we go! After four intense and wonderfully busy starting flights that resulted in a record-breaking 3,390 entries, the Winamax SISMIX poker festival Main Event, the biggest live six-max tournament in history, has reached the Final Day. There are now just 24 players left in contention to battle it out for the trophy and 1,200,000 MAD top prize here at the Es Saadi Resort in Marrakech.
After a Day 2 that was full of swings, Jean-Côme Haye emerged as the overall chip leader, bagging a massive 20,335,000 stack. He's followed by Jerome Crantz, who returns for Day 3 second in chips with 15,140,000, then Maxime Bossard, who comes back to the felt in third place with a stack of 13,575,000.

Most of the remaining players are French and the field includes Marc Bougaret, also known as “Lima.Europa,” a poker pro who is a familiar name in the Winamax community due to his online results. Italy, Romania, Spain and Mauritania are also represented.
Play is set to resume at 12:30 p.m. local time, with blinds at 100,000/200,000 with a 200,000 big blind ante and 40-minute blind levels. The 24 remaining players have already locked up a minimum cash prize of 65,500 MAD, but all have their sights set on the impressive final table payouts.
