Fives Never Win

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Next to the feature table, Winamax Poker Tour finalist Florian Vachez opened to 6,000 from the cutoff. Rudy Moreno on the button, the small blind and Karim El Rharbaoui with a big stack in the big blind called.

The dealer fanned a flop of 88Q where Vachez continued for 6,000. Moreno was the only one to call to find the 9 turn where both players checked.

Vachez then Moreno checked again the 7. "It never wins," Vachez said while flipping over 55. He was right as Moreno scooped the pot with QJ.
