After winning the 2024 Winamax Poker Tour, Jeremy Cauchard added another Winamax event to his résumé last year by taking down the €500 Winamax Poker Open Aix-les-Bains Main Event. In just a few hours, he'll know the name of his successor, who is among the remaining 17 players who qualified for Day 3 from a massive field of 2,873 entries.
Ahead of this final day, Timothee D'Anfray is in the lead with 21,725,000. He held five times the average stack at one point during Day 2, but his opponents closed the gap, especially Benjamin Goudard, who is second in chips with 19,400,000. Mathieu Pontin rounds out the podium with 17,025,000, thanks to the aces he found in the last hand of the day last night.

Lucas Archeny's style impressed some of his opponents as he bagged 13,825,000 for today, followed by Aymane Mamoun (12,750,000), Etienne De Soultrait (8,525,000), Nicolas Marin (8,525,000) and Paul Bigot (6,500,000).
Quentin Le Dissez doubled up during the final hands of Day 2 to finish with 6,475,000, while Raphael Bilger lost a big pot in the last hand but has the same stack (6,400,000).
Among the French players, two Swiss players, Sebastien Studer (4,875,000) and Nicolas Ehrath (4,025,000), are still in contention and ahead of Dimitri Callonnec (2,925,000), Maxence Vie (2,725,000), Herve Ponthet (2,100,000) and Boris Dupuis (1,900,000), the shortest stacks of all.
Day 3 kicks off at 12:30 p.m. local time with 24 minutes remaining in Level 39, featuring blinds of 125,000/250,000 with a 250,000 big blind ante. From a total prize pool of €1,185,974, the 17 players have already secured a minimum prize of €6,300, while the winner of the tournament will take home €150,000.
Just like the previous days, the final day will be streamed with a 30-minute delay.
