Le Lets Short Stack Have It

Hien Le opened to 3,200 from under the gun and action folded all of the way around to the big blind. He tossed out a call and the flop came {5-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}.

The big blind checked and Le continued out for 7,000. The big blind moved his short stack all in for about 20,000 total and Le folded his hand, dropping his stack to about 130,000.

Baker Flops the Nuts...So Does His Opponent

David "ODB" Baker opened to 3,200 under the gun. He was called by the players on the button and in the big blind, leading to a {5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop.

The player in the big blind led out 5,000, Baker called, and the player on the button popped it to 13,000. That chased out the player in the big blind, but not Baker. He asked how much the button had behind (about 18,000) and re-raised all in. The player on the button called immediately with {6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} for the nuts.

Baker tabled {6-Spades}{4-Spades} for the same straight and the pot was chopped after the {2-Clubs} turn and {A-Clubs} river.

Roberts' Tens Are Good

The player under the gun raised to 3,700 and was called by the player in the hijack, Daniel Saad on the button, Ron Roberts from the small blind, and the big blind.

The quintet of players saw a flop of {6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Hearts} fall and Roberts decided to lead out for 6,500. The big blind and original raiser got out of the way and the hijack tagged along. Saad called as well and the turn was the {5-Spades}. Roberts bet out 9,000 and once again received two callers.

The {8-Clubs} completed the board and Roberts moved 11,000 into the middle. The hijack called and Saad flung away his hand. Roberts showed {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and the hijacked tapped the table, showing pocket nines before mucking. Roberts is now flirting with 100,000 in chips.

Tryba Doubles

A short-stacked Chris Tryba went all in for 11,100 from middle position. The player in the big blind called with {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}, racing with Tryba's {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}.

The dealer fanned a {J-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop, improving Tryba to a set. The {8-Hearts} turn locked up the pot him, making the {A-Hearts} river irrelevant.
