Just 24 players will return to Playground Poker Club on Wednesday afternoon to fight for a top prize of $200,000 and Champion's trophy of the partypoker LIVE Playground1000.
Day 4 is set to kick off at 1 p.m. and holding the reigns on the field heading into play is Aaron Czaja. Czaja rocketed up the leaderboard during the latter half of Day 3 and will open a bag full of 9,030,000 chips.
Joining Czaja at the top of the leaderboard are Alexander Puchalski (8,100,000), Kyle Janisse (6,505,000), Fakher Alizai (5,470,000), and Maurice Simard (4,885,000). partypoker Team Pro Natalia Breviglieri (1,300,000) is also in the hunt though she returns as the second shortest stack.
Once the final table is set, players will move up to the stage and a cards-up live stream will kick off on a slight delay. Stay tuned to the blog for more details.

The dealers have been given the okay, the clock is rolling and cards are in the air here on Day 4.
Fakher Alizai's open to 225,000 under-the-gun was three-bet to 800,000 by Garrett Dansereau on the cutoff. Alizai then four-bet jammed having Dansereau covered. Dansereau decided rather quickly to make the call, putting himself at risk.

As soon as the flop fell, the whole table knew it would end in a chop and sure enough, a run out secured a half for each player.

On a board reading , Fakher Alizai checked from the small blind and Alexander Puchalski bet 200,000 from early position. Alizai instantly check-raised to 550,000 and Puchalski called.
The turn was the and Alizai put in another quick bet - this time for 800,000. Puchalski called.
The river was the . Alizai paused this time and then announced a bet of 1,200,000. Puchalski went into the tank for a minute and then shoved, putting Alizai to the test for his remaining 2,900,000. Alizai tank-folded.

Jean-Simon Giguere opened to 225,000 and Tomas Larivee Magni re-popped him, making it 830,000 to go. Giguere four-bet jammed and Magni called.

Things were looking good for Giguere until a nine hit the turn on the board and he was eliminated early on Day 4 taking home $6,250.

When a flop hit the board, a raise war between Faisal Khan and Karim Abdelhamid kicked off and ended with Khan all-in and at risk.

Carlos Gerones raised to 250,000 from middle position and action was on Michael Khan in the cutoff. He paused for a moment and three-bet to 700,000. Fakher Alizai was on the button and cold-called, prompting Gerones to call as well.
The flop came and Gerones checked. Khan shoved for 2,200,000, and Alizai went into the tank. He thought for a while but eventually folded. Gerones muck as well, sending a bit pot over to Khan without needing to go to showdown.
