The players are on a 15-minute break.
Dave Jeanneau-Cyr has had quite a run in the less-heralded tournaments during the World Cup of Cards. He's booked four tournament wins and only played about ten events. He won both the Dealer's Choice tournaments, which mostly turn into 5-card Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments, and he has won a Crazy Pineapple tournament as well. His one No-Limit Hold em win was in a Deepstack Turbo with 15-minute levels.
The CPPT could be a big score to go with his incredible run. He has made more than half of his $11,000+ tournament winnings in this series alone. The CPPT also gives him a shot to move up the tournament leaderboard. While a lot of the players at the top have had some success, they have also played many more of the WCC events. The tournament leaderboard is heavily weighted toward participation. There are players within the top 20 who have not cashed in any event.
However the CPPT event turns out, Dave Jeanneau-Cyr is having a great time and hitting the CPPT in stride with four trophies under his belt. He is currently sitting a little under the starting stack at 24,000.

Benoit Jean opened from the cutoff to 650 and Jean-Pascal Savard three-bet to 2,575 and Jean called.
The flop came and Jean checked. Savard bet 1,925 and Jean called. The turn was the and Jean checked again. This time Savard bet 6,100. Jean took a moment before folding.
Jean fell just under the starting stack after that hand and Savard gained a little heading into the end of level 2.
