Big Hand, Big Laydown

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

With about 150,000 in the middle and a flop of {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts}, Jeffrey Cormier raised a lead-bet from Jean Sebastien Dubois to 85,000. Dubois thought for a moment before stacking up a tower of chips and sliding forward a raise of 187,000.

Cormier went into the tank, counting his chips and repeatedly checking his cards. He eventually gave up, tossing {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} into the muck. Dubois obliged and tabled {7-}{7-} for a flopped full house.
