Kennedy Cripples Dubeau, Left With One Chip

Shawn Dubeau shoved all-in from the small blind and Joseph Kennedy called from the big blind.

Kennedy: {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}

The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Kennedy won the hand with trip fives. Both of their stacks were cut down. Kennedy had 181,000 and Dubeau had 182,000. Debeau was left with one-single chip.

Jeremy Chandler Eliminated in 9th Place ($330)

PLO: Jeremy Chandler was all-in preflop and put at risk by Alexandre Durand.

Durand: {7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Chandler: {3-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Durand flopped a straight on a {4-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} board and Chandler busted in ninth.

Jaber Gets Paid, Jumps Into Chip Lead

PLO: Jerry Jaber moved all-in on the river of a {6-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} board. His heads-up opponent, Andre Pelletier went into the tank. The pot had around 250,000 in the middle and Jaber's shove was worth 131,000.

Pelletier agonized over the decision and eventually made the call. Jaber tabled {9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for rivered trips, and a disgusted Pelletier mucked his hand.

Break Time

The remaining 14 players are now on a 15-minute break. They are on the official money bubble, but the early deal they made to each pay the bubble has made the speed of play increase.

No Bubble! All 15 in the Money

Originally only the top 13 players would make the money. Play has been slow for the last level so the 15 remaining players reached a deal to all put $20 in a pot and split the money in half, paying the 15th and 14th place finishers $150.
