Event #4: $110 NL Hold'em Freeze kicks off at noon today at the World Cup of Cards inside Playground Poker Club just outside Montreal, Quebec. The fourth event features a $5,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Players start with 15,000 chips and blind levels will go up every 20 minutes. The event will play 10-handed and is a freezeout. Re-entry is not permitted.

Event #5 has 125 entrants so far. There are many familiar faces in the field since this is the only No Limit Hold em event starting today. Later this evening there is a Pot-Limit Omaha Eight or Better tournament, that starts at 7 p.m.

Ken Marceau just won a huge pot and took the chip lead in Event #5 just before the break.
He flopped a set of nines and doubled up his already big stack. He is now sitting at close to 300,000 heading into 3,000/6,000 with a 500 ante.
There are 28 players left and 15 will make the money and win a min cash of at least CAD $250.
Jessica Richer had all about a couple chips in the pot positioned in the big blind. Andre Pelletier had opened under-the-gun, when action folded back around to Richer the rest of her chips went in.
