Kevin Rivest Spends Most of Day 1e Leading the Pack

Kevin Rivest
Kevin Rivest

Kevin Rivest was the chip leader for the majority of Day 1e. He finished the day with 325,000 after the last six eliminations flew to the rail almost faster than the tournament board could update the remaining players.

Rivest will take his stack into Day 2 on Wednesday. There are two more flights of WPT National Montreal tomorrow. The first is at 10 a.m. and the second is a turbo flight at 7 p.m.

So far, 25 players have booked their seats to Day 2. Benoit Beaulac is the largest stack so far with 648,000. He bagged that stack in the opening flight. So far, only Rodney Ramalho has cashed twice in this tournament, unfortunately he also failed to make Day 2 both times he cashed.
