Joining the action on the turn, Scott Calcagno bet 6,500 from the cutoff and Timo Pfutzenreuter called one seat over on the button. The fell on the river and Calcagno continued for 13,500 only for Pfutzenreuter to move all in. The WSOP APAC bracelet winner eventually folded and is now below half the average.
Even though the entire betting history is not known, we do know that Brian Roberts was all in as preflop raiser from the cutoff on the turn of a board with for a four-high flush. Jeremy Dunkel however held for the bigger flush and the on the river resulted in the elimination of Roberts.
Dunkel is now among the biggest stacks after winning a pot of more than 150,000 chips.
After a player in middle position opened for 2,500 and Jason Guliano called, Dylan Kehoe limped from the small blind and Chane Kampanatsanyakorn did the same from the big blind. Four players saw the flop, and two checks saw the original raiser continue for 6,000. Guliano raised to 15,000, Kehoe check-raised all in for 42,700, and Kampanatsanyakorn got out of the way.
The original raiser did too and then Guliano made a quick call.
Guliano:
Kehoe:
Kehoe, who was ahead with top set, didn't seem thrilled to be up against a flush draw, and he was clearly nervous as he got up out of his chair to watch the turn. The dealer burned and put out the . It was a safe card for Kehoe, and all he needed to do was dodge a heart on the river. That's just what he did too when the harmless peeled off.
We arrived at the table with the flop showing . Michael Guttman bet out 5,000 from the small blind and was called by Vincent Chua to his left. Xuan Liu was also in the hand and she raised it up to 14,500 from the cut off. Only Guttman made the call as the two watched the drop on the turn.
Guttman instantly reached for chips and splashed out a 25,000 bet. Liu thought for a moment before making the call as the completed the board. Guttman again fired out a bet of 30,000 which had Liu covered. She went into the tank for over a minute before finally laying her hand down.
We arrived at the table just as John Moffitt raised to 3,000 from under the gun plus one. Darian Tan made the call from the hijack as did Ang Italiano from the big blinds.
The flop came down and Italiano checked. Moffitt threw out a 7,500 continuation bet which only Tan called. The fell on the turn and Moffitt checked. Tan bet out 15,000 and was met with a instant raise from Moffitt that had him covered. He snap called.
Tan:
Moffitt:
Tan had made a straight on the turn and had Moffitt drawing dead. The completed the board sending Tan up to 120,300 in chips and leaving Moffitt with 62,500.
Ismael Bojang raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Shane Warne called from the small blind before Jonathan Karamalikis squeezed it to 8,000 out of the big blind. Bojang moved all in for 32,000 chips and Warne folded whereas Karamalikis quickly called.
Bojang:
Karamalikis:
There was no help on the board and the German headed to the rail.
Jason Sole was all in preflop and got called by George Danzer as well as Dejan Boskovic. On the , Danzer pushed Boskovic out of the hand with a bet of 12,000 and turned over for the flush draw. Sole was ahead with and didn't want to see a diamond.
Both the on the turn and the on the river didn't change the outcome of the hand anymore and Sole joked to Danzer "I owe you a drink" before raking in the pot.
