Jonkers Knocked Out by Sagle
Level 16
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Mathijs Jonkers had stuck around with a shorter stack for an extended period and ultimately got the last of it in with the A♦4♦. That was crushed by Jason Sagle, who had the far superior suited ace holding the A♣K♣.
The board ran out K♥8♣3♥5♥K♦ and that spelled the end for the Dutchman, a former WSOP Europe Main Event finalist.
