Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Shaun Deeb opened to 1,000 from udner the gun and Artur Martirosian defended from the big blind.

The flop came 962. Martirosian checked and Deeb fired a 1,200 continuation bet. Martirosian put in a check-raise to 4,800, only for Deeb to three-bet to 12,200. Martirosian four-bet to 25,000 and Deeb moved all in for 62,300. Martirosian, who was slightly covered, made the call to put himself at risk.

Artur Martirosian: 62
Shaun Deeb: 97

Martirosian was ahead with bottom two pair against Deeb's top pair and flush draw. The 8 gave Deeb some more outs in the form of an open ended straight draw and the 9 river gave him trips to score a full double up and early knockout.

Martirosian would use his option to reenter shortly afterwards.
