Chun Liu moved all in from the hijack for 45,500 and was called by Ricardo Caridade in the button who held a covering stack.
Chun Liu: A♠J♥
Ricardo Caridade: 5♦5♥
Caridade made a full house on the 5♠4♠4♣ flop leaving Liu drawing only to running aces or running jacks. Liu was drawing dead on the Q♦ turn and after the 6♥ river was dealt he made his exit from the tournament area while Caridade collected the last of his chips.
After significant action Jesse Lonis had put Ren Lin all in and Lin made the call. The cards hit their backs with Lin at risk for elimination.
Ren Lin: Q♥Q♣
Jesse Lonis: A♥J♦
Lin had his signature "Lady Gagas" but they would fall behind on the 2♦2♣A♦ flop. The 6♣ turn and K♦ river kept Lonis in the lead and Lin hit the rail.
With two players seeing a board of 3♠8♦2♠6♠A♥ and roughly 110,000 already in the middle, Tyler Cornell moved all in from the small blind for approximately 75,000 and Leon Sturm called off from the cutoff with a covering stack.
Sturm turned over K♥K♠ but Cornell tabled 8♣8♠ for a set of eights to secure a massive double up while leaving Sturm with just under 20 big blinds.

Andre Marques moved all in from the small blind for 29,500 and Stephen Song called off in the big blind with a covering stack.
Andre Marques: A♠9♦
Stephen Song: K♦7♣
The board ran out 8♥7♠9♠2♠J♠. Marques made the nut-flush on the river and secured a full double up through Song, who quickly got out of his seat to go to his table in Event #11: $800 Flip & Go, which he is also playing simultaneously to this event.
Alexandra Botez opened to 6,000 from the cutoff and Chris Brewer called from the button.
The flop came 5♥3♦2♥ and Brewer check-called an 8,000 continuation bet from Botez.
Botez bet again for 20,000 when checked to on the A♠ turn and this time Brewer opted to fold.
