Engledow Spikes the River to Bust Muratov
Level 21
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Action folded to Anvar Muratov who moved all in for 365,000 in the small blind. John Engledow in the big blind confirmed the amount before calling.
Anvar Muratov: 2♦2♣
John Engledow: K♠J♣
The 9♣9♠6♠ flop gave Engledow outs to counterfeit Muratov's pair, while the turn was the 8♥. Engledow hit the K♥ on the river to make two pair and Muratov was sent to the rail.
