Foxen on the Rise

Tyler Boyer

Level 12 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Alex Foxen raised from early position to 60,000 with A♥Q♠, which was called by Patrik Antonius in the cutoff with K♣J♥.

After the Q♣7♠10♠ flop, Foxen, who flopped top pair, bet out 120,000, which Antonius called with his open-ended straight draw.

The turn brought the 6♣ and Antonius again called a bet from Foxen, this time for 305,000.

After the 3♣ hit the river, Foxen bet out 665,000 and having bricked out, Antonius mucked his hand to give Foxen the pot.
