Karakitukov Takes From Guerra

Lautaro Guerra limped the cutoff and Veselin Karakitukov checked his option in the big blind.

On the 1053 flop, Karakitukov check-called a bet of 350,000 from Guerra.

The 10 turn checked through to the 9 river which saw Karakitukov lead for 700,000 and Guerra quickly called. Karakitukov tabled Q1084 for turned trips and a rivered flush which was good to drag the pot.

Ben Tollerene and Sorel Mizzi again tangled in a pot, going heads-up to a flop of J108 where Tollerene bet 500,000 from the cutoff. Mizzi called in the small blind.

Tollerene bet another 1,000,000 on the K turn and Mizzi again called. Mizzi checked over to Tollerene once more on the 3 river, and Tollerene this time checked back.

Mizzi turned over AAQJ for a straight and Tollerene mucked.

Karakitukov Pots the Turn

Level 21 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Jason Koon opened the cutoff to 600,000 and Veselin Karakitukov called on the button.

On the A65 flop, Koon continued for 550,000 and Karakitukov put in the call.

The turn brought the 9. Koon fired a second barrel for 1,100,000 before Karakitukov potted to 5,500,000. Koon would burn through two time banks before he opted to let it go, conceding a sizeable pot to Karakitukov without showdown.
