Three in a Row for Eveslage

Level 2 : Blinds 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

A pot of 59,000 had brewed betwen Chad Eveslage and Ihor Popyk, with both players looking at the A83 flop. Eveslage, in the cutoff, check-raised to 50,000 over a bet of 16,000. Popyk, on the button, called the raise.

Eveslage fired out 100,000 on the 6 turn, and Popyk quickly folded. "Eights are good," he said, flashing the A.

On the next deal, Eveslage opened to 7,000 and called when Popyk made it 26,000. Eveslage check-called for 16,000 on the Q74 flop before the K turn checked through to the 2 river. Eveslage bet 85,000, and Popyk folded after some time in the tank.

The following hand, Evelsage raised to 7,000 and took down the pot preflop.
