Simon Busts with a Healthy Stack on the Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Gilles Simon was all in for roughly 1,500,000, and Matthew Wakeman putting him at risk.

Gilles Simon: A5 All in
Matthew Wakeman: 66

Simon found himself in a world of hurt only having three immediate outs but picked up more after the J10K flop. But the board ran out 2 on the turn, and 10 on the river, with Wakeman's sixes still best, eliminating Simon just two players from the money.

Rodrigues Spikes the River to Survive on the Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Fabio Rodrigues was all in for 110,000 from the hijack, and the big blind Tamas Adamszki putting him at risk.

Fabio Rodrigues: A3 All in
Tamas Adamszki: AQ

Rodrigues was dominated by Adamszki, but picked up extra outs in the form of a wheel draw after the 429 flop. However, he would only have those four outs after the Q paired Adamszki on turn. But those four outs was all he would need when the 5 peeled off on the river, giving Rodrigues a wheel, doubling up, just three players from the money.

Big Pot for Guilbert

Level 17 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Guilbert sized up to 1,700,000 on the 2 river, and after Botteon used several time banks, he called.

Kabrhel Catches Kanit Speeding

Level 17 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The feud between Mustapha Kanit and Martin Kabrhel appears to have cooled down, but the duo are still battling, just in a more civilized manner.

Kabrhel opened to 160,000 from under the gun and Kanit defended the big blind.

Kanit check-called for 80,000 on the K84 flop before the 6 turn checked through to the 4 river. Kanit led out for 180,000, and as Kabrhel's 30 seconds were about to finish, he announced call.

Kanit slid his cards face down into the muck, and Kabrhel won the pot without showdown.

Jan Strazisar: KQAll in
