Day 1 Completed
The $25,000 GGMillion$ event scheduled to run at the World Series of Poker Paradise (WSOPP) has been amended, with a new bracelet event set to take its place tomorrow at noon local time.
Rather than a multi-day format, the replacement event will be played as a single-day $25,000 tournament, featuring a $5 million guarantee. The structure has also been adjusted, with 30-minute blind levels confirmed for the new event.
Event #14: $25,000 GGMillion$ Single Day Turbo begins at 12:00 p.m. local time on December 16.
PokerNews will provide all relevant updates, including the full structure and registration details, as soon as they become available.
The start of the GGMillion$ has been slightly delayed, as there are only three entrants on the clock.

With one World Series of Poker Paradise (WSOPP) guarantee race in the books, it’s already time to start another as the chase for the $10 million guarantee in the $25,000 GGMillion$ begins at 5 p.m. local time inside Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
The penultimate bracelet event of the series comes with a significant upgrade, as the buy-in has jumped from $10,000 to $25,000. The tournament features two Day 1 starting flights, with players required to navigate ten 40-minute levels to secure a bag and advance to Day 2.
Players start with a 100,000-chip stack, and unlimited reentries are permitted throughout the registration period, giving players plenty of chances to build a stack.
Blinds kick off at 300/500 with a 500 big blind ante, setting the tone from the outset. Day 1b will run on Tuesday, December 16, featuring the same structure as today’s opening flight. For those looking to bypass the early stages, late registration remains open into Day 2, with entries accepted through the end of Level 14 on Wednesday.

Last year’s edition drew 532 entries, generating a $5,320,000 prize pool, with Johannes Straver emerging victorious to claim his first WSOP gold bracelet and the $807,430 top prize.
Straver defeated Jon Vallinas heads-up for the title, while the final table also featured Phil Hellmuth, who finished in eighth place.
“It’s the next step for me to play in the highest buy-ins. This is what I want to do,” Straver said after his breakthrough win. He was backed by a vocal rail throughout the final table, something he was quick to acknowledge.
“In poker, you cannot do it alone. I’m very happy with all my friends, even the ones who aren’t here. A lot of people railing even in a horrible time zone for them. It’s very nice,” he added.
