Wigg Busts Then Buys Back In Again

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

Anton Wigg fans should look away now because their hero has just busted out.

There was a raise to 500, Wigg flat-called, Pierre Milan then three-bet to 1,600 and both players called. The flop fell {10-}{7-}{3-} with two clubs. Milan bet 2,300, Wigg check-raised all-in and the original raiser folded. Milan made the call with {A-}{10-} and Wigg shows {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} Both the turn and river bricked for Wigg and he was eliminated.

Those fans who were looking away before can look right back now as he has just used his re-entry option an has a fresh stack of 30,000 chips.

Selbst Gets Aces Paid Off By Riehl

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante
Vanessa Selbst

We joined the action on the river of a board reading {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} where Vanessa Selbst had bet 11,200 into a pot of 15,000, sending Ludovic Riehl into the tank.

Riehl stayed fully submerged for over five minutes before apologizing, sitting forward in his chair and finally making the call. Selbst flipped over {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts} and Riehl mucked instantly.

"Would you have called if I had shoved," was the question from Riehl.

"For 5k more? Of course I would have called!" came the reply from the Team PokerStars Pro.

Selbst is now passed the 50,000 chip barrier.

Levato Feeling Flush

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

From middle position Andrew Badecker raised to 400 and found callers in the shape of Marco Levato in the cutoff and the big blind. The trio watch with baited breath as the dealer fanned out the all-club {q-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop. The big blind checked, Badecker bet 600 and only Levato called.

The turn was another club, the potential Royal Flush completing {K-Clubs}. Badecker checked to his now sole opponent but quickly released his hand when he was faced with a 1,600 bet.
