Alessio Isaia has bled a few chips in recent times, thanks in part to him calling three-bets out of position and then folding when he misses the flop; as shown in the example below.
Isaia opened to 17,000 in middle position and was facing a three-bet to 52,000 from Yorande Kerignard on the button. Isaia called and it was off to the 
flop. Isaia checked to Kerignard, who bet 26,000 and Isaia folded after a little huffing and puffing.
