We're back for Day 2 of WPT Nottingham, it's the last chance to enter the tournament with play due to start at 1pm. Fred Wise is the chip leader with 215,100 leading the remaining 170 players with re-entries/new entries still expected. £3,000 will get you 30 big blinds and the tournament is anticipating a few takers.
At the moment there have been a total of 333 entries meaning we're just on the cusp of the £1 million guarantee being reached.
Today the tournament will be playing 90-minute levels with five or six levels being played leaving an estimated 60 players or so making it through to Day 3.

On the turn of a board, Sin Melin led out for 5,100 and Zimnan Ziyard made the call to see the on the river. Melin fired a bet of 9,900 this time and Ziyard tanked before making the call.
Melin didn't want to show and mucked her hand. Ziyard showed having picked off her bluff.

On the river of a board, Craig McCorkell checked and David Vamplew moved all in. McCorkell tanked for several minutes before eventually asking for a count. It was 30,800 to call the Scot's bet and that amount represented almost all of McCorkell's remaining stack.
McCorkell eventually let go of his hand but it was to no avail, he was knocked out a few hands later.
