Neuville and Gulyy Tangle

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Pierre Neuville just raised to 650 in early position and Yury Gulyy called from the button before the big blind called as well. The flop brought out {3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Neuville continued for 950 and only Gulyy called.

On the turn the {Q-Hearts} hit and Gulyy bet 2,000 after Neuville had checked. Neuville gave it some thought before shaking his head and folding.

Gulyy still has some ground to make up, as he's now sitting on 18,000 chips.

Capucho Takes Out Deadman

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Our WPT colleague just informed us of Shola Deadman's elimination, and the hand went as following. Deadman raised to 525 and the player on the button three-bet to 1,400. Nuno Capucho opted to four-bet cold to 3,700 and Deadman came back over the top for 9,000.

The player in the middle folded and Deadman called after Capucho shoved for 28,000 total.

Deadman ran ace-king into Capucho's aces and she hit the rail.
