Three Tables Remain as Texier Busts

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Jean Michel Texier
Jean Michel Texier

After a preflop all in between Jean Marie Vandeborne and Jean Michel Texier, the last PMU online qualifier was at risk with {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts}. Vandeborne had him dominated with {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} and would score the knockout after a board of {7-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} {K-Spades}.

As only 27 players remain, there will be a short break to move everyone to the final three nine-handed tables.

Ask and You Shall Receive

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

[Removed:373] moved all in for 166,000 and was called by Julien Duveau, all other players got out of the way. "Give me spades," Duveau asked when he spotted the {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} of Gross, flipping over his own {A-Spades} {J-Spades}. "Don't be so greedy," the German returned.

The {6-Spades} {10-Spades} {10-Clubs} flop already provided the sweat and sure enough Gross was drawing dead after the {9-Spades} turn. The meaningless {7-Clubs} river completed the board and Gross was sent to the paydesk in 29th place.
