Kalidou Sow & Andris Resevskis
Kalidou Sow & Andris Resevskis

Jad Sanhaji opened up the action with a raise to 700 from early position and Kalidou Sow called to his direct left. Next to Sow, Andris Resevskis three-bet to 2,600, Guy Taylor cold-called without much hesitation from the big blind, Sanhaji jumped in and Sow, getting a fantastic price, closed the action and came along.

On a {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop, it got checked to Resevskis who bet 5,100. Taylor check-raised to 15,000, Sanhaji and Sow folded, Resevskis shoved around 25,000 after some thought and Taylor snap-called it off.

Andris Resevskis: {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}
Guv Taylor: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

Taylor had outflopped the Latvian and ended his first attempt after the board ran out {3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}. Resevskis has until the start of level 10 if he decides to reenter himself back into it.

Rakotoarisoa Puts Benkirane Under Pressure

Level 3 : 100/200, 100 ante

As is traditional in Marrakech, there's plenty of action and chips are flying everywhere despite the tournament being in its infant stages. Seven players have already busted out after two levels, with three of them opting for a reentry right away.

One of these big pots was brewing between Tantely Rakotoarisoa and Amina Benkirane, with action on the former on a completed board of {3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}. It was Rakotoarisoa who moved all in, putting Benkirane to the test for her 22k stack. She settled on a fold and left the big pot to her adversary.
