A three-way all in saw Philipp Zeckai holding aces against the sevens of Anis Homaidan and the queens for partypoker's Patrick Leonard. The aces held to see Zeckai move into the lead as Homaidan was eliminated. Leonard followed him out in eighth place after losing a flip to Hamish Crawshaw.

Joris De Baas would also be flipped from the tournament by Silva, before Yin Zhang eliminated Andre Figueiredo in sixth.

Zhang was beginning to build up some momentum, as he then eliminated Crawshaw and Zeckai in quick succession to move over one billion in chips. However, two doubles from Kim Heidemann cut his lead, and Silva also doubled through the Luxembourger to regain the lead.

And it was hero to zero for Zhang who fell in third place, with Silva holding a 2:1 chip lead into heads-up play.

The final hand of the tournament was of jaw-dropping nature.

With the blinds at 8 million/16 million, Kim Heidemann raised to 33.4 million and Luiz Antonio Silva three-bet to 104 million. Heidemann shoved for 534.8 million and Silva called.

Kim Heidemann: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Luiz Antonio Silva: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}

The flop {6-Spades}{q-Spades}{2-Clubs} appeared safe, but the {5-Spades} turn gave Silva a flush draw. The {7-Spades} river completed the Brazilians flush, and secured him victory in the process.
