Yan Xuan raised and Manabu Satu then jammed for Chi Wei Lo to call from the small blind, Xuan also went with it and had very few chips behind on a pay jump.

Lo jammed the Q♠J♠9♥ flop and Xuan reluctantly called.

In the old level still, Yong Zhao had raised to 450,000 from the hijack - three times the blind - and then called when Shaohung Yu pushed for 700,000 with the words "no gamble no future".

The Q♥7♠4♣2♠5♥ board missed both players and Zhao dropped to around 1.4 million. That was some seven blinds for the current level and he lost those soon after.

Ruiji Xie was all-in for exactly one blind from under the gun and Thi My Phuong Nguyen called in in the hijack, Artur Felk checked from the big blind and got his last 125,000 in after the 5♠4♥3♣ flop for Nguyen to fold.

The 7♣ turn and K♦ river were blanks and Felk earned the pot.

"Ace jack fold, I missed," Nguyen said in broken English. She has been speaking Vietnamese the entire tournament so far, to friends on the rail and other players from Vietnam.
