Recent Action

Some action quickly unfolded on multiple tables out on the tournament floor. In one hand, Casey Quinn moved his last few thousand into the middle preflop and was called by Jeff Banghart. Banghart held {A-Hearts} {3-Hearts} against Quinn's pocket fives. Banghart was able to flop an ace to eliminate Quinn from the tournament.

One table over, Jeff Bryan laid out a bet of 4,000 after the board read {Q-Spades} {Q-Hearts} {8-Hearts} {K-Spades} {9-Spades}. Drazen Ilich made the call and Bryan tabled {A-?} {Q-?} to take down the pot worth around 12,000 chips.

Then back over at Banghart's table, David Hiers moved all in preflop with pocket tens and was up against Harold Kruger's {A-Clubs} {J-Spades}. The board ran out {Q-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} giving Hiers the double-up.

The shorter stacks are really trying to move now with hopes of doubling up before the day concludes.
