Two Scalps for Kuenzel

Level 20 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Some hands play themselves. Horatio Hu opened all in from middle position for 80,000. Derrick Kuenzel, sitting in the cutoff position, called -- as did the small blind, Peter Paturzo, who was all in for less than the 80,000. At the three-way showdown, Kuenzel had the best hand with pocket kings. Hu showed pocket deuces, while Paturzo had {q-}{j-}. Paturzo flopped a queen, but no other board card challenged Kuenzel's supremacy. He dragged the main pot and the side pot to knock out both his opponents and climb to almost 600,000 in chips.
