Leecy Turns the Screws

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Action got heated at the middle table on the turn of a hand contested between Matthew Leecy and Benny Chen. Leecy checked {k-Spades}{7-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Clubs} to Chen, then check-raised from 34,000 to 75,000. Chen paused for thirty seconds but ultimately did call to the {q-Spades} river. Leecy splashed a stack of purple (5,000) chips across the line as he declared himself all in. A few moments later he started moving all his stacks of orange out across the line as well. That was enough to fold Chen.
