Don Kidd- 19th place
Don Kidd- 19th place

Dale Slatton raised to 38,000 from the cutoff and received calls from Don Kidd on the button, Jesse White in the small blind, and Brian Burney in the big. When the flop came down {J-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, White checked, Burney bet 47,000, Slatton called, Kidd raised to 100,000, and White folded. Burney then raised to 247,000, Slatton got out of the way, and Kidd called.

The dealer proceeded to burn and turn the {5-Hearts}, at which point Burney moved all in and Kidd called off his last 60,000.

Kidd: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}
Burney: {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}

Kidd's pocket rockets were cracked by the flopped set and only an ace on the river could save him. It was not meant to be as the {3-Diamonds} hit. Kidd was eliminated in 19th place while Burney took the chip lead with 1.1 million.

Meanwhile, Shane Campbell was eliminated at another table, bringing us down to 17 players and leading to another table redraw.
