Lenaghan Finds a Pot!

Level 27 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante
Ryan Lenaghan
Ryan Lenaghan

It's been a while since Ryan Lenaghan won a pot of any significance, a fact of which he appears to be well aware.

First in from the button, the last 401,000 of Lenaghan's chips went in on a cold shove, and Mike Morton called with {K-Hearts} {7-Hearts} from the big blind. It wasn't a great hand, but it did have Lenaghan's {6-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} in terrible shape.

The flop brought a sweat as it came {5-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} to give the at-risk player eight outs to the straight. the turn {7-Spades} was no help, but the river {9-Clubs} was just what he was looking for. A straight to the nine gives Lenaghan a much-neeed double back to 852,000.

Morton - 1.34 million
