Murphy Spazzes Out

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante
Tim Murphy
Tim Murphy

On the flop of {Q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}, Tim West checked and Tim Murphy bet 3,000. West check-raised to 15,000 and Murphy called.

The turn was the {A-Spades} and West bet enough to put Murphy all in. Murphy made the call for his last 20,000 or so. West tabled the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and Murphy the {J-Spades}{10-Clubs}.

The river completed the board with {6-Diamonds} and Murphy was eliminated. West climbed to 200,000 in chips.

Adios, Choctaw

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante
Justin Kruger
Justin Kruger

"They got Choctaw," Justin Kruger said as he walked toward the exit, referring to his nickname and the fact that he's been eliminated.

Kruger called a raise with {Q-Hearts} {J-Hearts}, then stuck his last ~12,000 in on a {5-} {6-} {5-} flop. Kruger shoved his overcards, and the raiser quickly called with {6-} {8-} to leave Kruger in need of help. He'd get none on the turn and river, however, ending his day early

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and the river the {5-Hearts}. Stein was eliminated and Monica moved to 56,000 in chips.

Ramdin Races Out

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante
Victor Ramdin
Victor Ramdin

In early position, Ali Eslami opened with a raise, and Victor Ramdin moved all in for 16,000. Eslami quickly called, flipping with Ramdin's stack:

Eslami: {A-Clubs} {K-Clubs}
Ramdin: {Q-} {Q-}

Ramdin liked the first four cards on the {7-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {2-Spades} board, but the river {K-Hearts} was not what he wanted to see. Eslami made his top pair, collecting the rest of Ramdin's chips and sending him to the exit.

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante
Phil Hellmuth
Phil Hellmuth

After Tim West opened, Phil Hellmuth reraised to 4,000. Action got back to West and he slid out an entire stack of pink T5,000 chips to put Hellmuth all in. Hellmuth called all in for about 25,000 and tabled the {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}. West had him dominated with the {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}.

The board ran through {K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and West made a full house to send Hellmuth out the door. West improved to 113,000 in chips.
