Pegasus Gets His Wings Clipped

Mark "Pegasus" Smith and Luis Reyes built a 20,000 pot by the time the flop was {J-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} {3-Spades} . Smith had bet and Reyes moved all in. Smith called and tabled {K-Spades} {J-Spades} for a flopped two-pair and Reyes had pocket aces.

The turn gave Reyes the lead when the board paired with the {3-Clubs} . Smith needed another king or jack to retake the lead, but blanked when the river fell {10-Spades} .

Reyes moved to among the chipleaders while Smith was able to keep his stack around average.
