Rowdy Rail

Level 30 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Andrew Nguyen and Justin Truesdell's rail have a friendly rivalry going. Throughout the day each side has taken turns buying rounds of shots for everyone. We've counted at least six trips of 20 shots the servers have brought to the stage. Big drinking in the Big Easy seems fitting for the last stop of the Circuit.

Vidmer Sliding

On a flop of {9-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, Anthony Vidmer bet 120,000 and received a call from Justin Truesdell. Both players then chcked the {2-Hearts} turn, bringing about the {10-Spades} on the river. Vidmer proceeded to check-call a bet of 100,000, but was left shaking his head when he discovered his {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} was no good against Truesdell's {K-Spades}{3-Diamonds}.

Check, Check, Check

Level 30 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Since Daniel Lowery's elimination the remaining three players have slowed down a bit. There's been a lot of checking happening and they're plenty deep. It feels like this is the calm before the storm.

Daniel Lowery Eliminated in 4th Place ($69,105)

Right after losing the aforementioned pot, Daniel Lowery opened for 120,000 from the under-the-gun position only to have Justin Truesdell three-bet to 350,000 from the button. The blinds quickly got out of the way and Lowery instantly four-bet to 650,000. Truesdell shifted in his chair and moved all in, prompting Lowery to snap-call off for around 1.35 million more.

Showdown
Lowery: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Truesdell: {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

Lowery was out of his seat and by his rail with his back turned even before the dealer put out the {A-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop. His supporters were cheering loudly as he was primed for a double, but all the excitement vanished in an instant when the dealer burned and turned the {J-Diamonds}. Suddenly Truesdell's rail came to life while a dejected Lowery looked on. The {9-Spades} river was no help to Lowery and he exited in fourth place for $69,105.
