Grippo's Growing

Nick Grippo and an opponent were heads up with the board reading {7-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Hearts}. Grippo tossed out 16,000, and his opponent called.

The {q-Diamonds} completed the board, and Grippo led out again - this time for 26,000. His opponent reluctantly called, and Grippo turned over {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for a set of tens.

Grippo is back among our leaders with over 400,000 chips.

Cheung Finds a Double

Robert Cheung, who's one of the players who registered today with just eight big blinds, is now up to around 33 big blinds.

The 2007 WSOP bracelet winner was all in preflop holding {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}, and Ryan Collins looked him up with {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. The board ran out {2-Spades}{5-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Spades}{a-Diamonds}, and Cheung doubled to around 80,000 chips.

Ramdin Gone

Victor Ramdin jumped back into the Main Event here in Hammond, but only lasted one hand.

Ramdin was under the gun on his first hand and moved all in for 19,600 after posting the ante. A couple seats over, Sinisa Angelovski made the call, and everyone else folded. Ramdin held the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts} for two overs against the {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for Angelovski.

The flop, turn and river ran out {8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} to bust Ramdin.

I'm All In, By The Way

When we reached the table, Mike Leah and his opponent Keith Morgan both had 16,000 sitting in front of them. Morgan was in position, and in the tank, so by the looks of things, Leah had check-raised all in.

Leah confirmed our suspicions.

"I'm all in, by the way," Leah told our reporter.

"Sorry guys," Morgan apologized to the table.

Morgan tanked for a little longer, then folded his hand.

"Pick one," Leah offered, separating his two cards.

Morgan declined, so Leah tossed both of them into the muck.

Pahuja Picks One Up

Mukul Pahuja opened to 5,100 from early position, Kunal Patel called in middle position, and the action behind folded. The dealer fanned {9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Clubs}, and Pahuja continued for 5,600. Patel called.

The turn was the {10-Spades}, both players checked, and the {j-Hearts} completed the board. Pahuja led for 12,000, and Patel released.
