Engel Gets Low Again Then Busts

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Ari Engel (Day 1) - Eliminated
Ari Engel (Day 1) - Eliminated

Ari Engel checked to Joe Tehan on a flop of {2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{10-Spades}. Tehan tossed out a gray T5,000 chip, Engel called, and the turn brought the {6-Hearts}. Engel check-called another bet - this one was worth 8,000 - and the river brought the {k-Diamonds}. Engel checked a third and final time, and Tehan tossed out 18,500.

"So small," Engel said to Tehan, who remained quiet.

Engel proceeded to tank for the next three minutes, until he and Tehan started to banter back and forth.

"This is so embarrassing," Engel chuckled before finally calling.

Tehan ripped over {k-Spades}{10-Hearts} for two pair, and Engel mucked his hand, dropping back down to 11,000 chips. Engel, who finished the season with more Circuit points than any of his peers, later busted with unknown action.
