Too Much Strength for Kensmil

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Kevin Faverot raised to 2,500 in middle position. Behind him, Leonard Kensmil shoved all in for 34,600. In the big blind, Rodrigo Strong reraised all in, and Faverot quickly folded.

Leonard Kensmil: {A-Spades}{6-Spades}
Rodrigo Strong: {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}

The always positive Kensmil kept his smile, banking on his positive attitude to save the day. It was of no avail, as the dealer fanned out {K-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} to send the Frenchman packing.

Herzali Rising

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Sarah Herzali
Sarah Herzali

Sarah Herzali opened the action with a raise to 2,300 in early position. No less than three players called, including Patrick Vittet on the button. The flop came {K-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Herzali continued 4,700, with Vittet being the only caller.

On the {Q-Hearts} turn, Herzali showed no sign of slowing down as she bet 8,000. Once again, Vittet made the call.

The river was the {5-Spades} and now Herzali checked. Vittet cut out a bet of 19,100, leaving himself with a mere 15,000 behind. Herzali went in the tank, visibly unhappy with the situation. After considering it for over three minutes, she slid in a call.

Vittet knocked the table and mucked his hand face down. Herzali mucked as well and scooped the large pot.
