Day 2 of the €1,650 World Series of Poker International Circuit Rotterdam Main Event Starts At 2 p.m.
In the first ever €1,650 WSOP International Circuit Main Event on Dutch soil, a respectable 247 entries were made on the first two starting days. The number is expected to rise even more, as late registration will be open up until the first cards go into the air at 2 p.m. local time. 104 players already made their way to Day 2, with the majority of them sporting the home nation's red, white, and blue flag.
However, the chip lead is held by a non-Dutchie, as England's Lawrence Bayley claimed the overall Day 1 chip lead with (219,400). He's followed by Teun Mulder (177,600), Eric Sfez (155,200), and Erik Tabak (132,400). Some notables still in contention are Ioannis Angelou-Konstas (110,000), Bart Lybaert (94,200), Fatima Moreira de Melo (80,500), Farid Yachou (61,800), Jasper Meijer van Putten (60,200), Andreas Walnum (42,400), Jim Gilbert (41,800), Jimmy De Barros Livramento (25,100), and Rens Feenstra (13,800).
Day 2 will commence at 2 p.m. local time and will feature another 8 levels of 60 minutes each. Blinds will resume at 400/800 with a running ante of 100. The total prize pool and payouts are expected to be finalized shortly after late registration has closed. Seating for Day 2 is unknown at this time.
